I know I’m not updating this website too much lately, but at least I found out the time to add some recent stuff I made.
Each of those are artworks based on photographs I took sometimes somewhere. I will discuss about them later, but in the meanwhile I hope you’ll enjoy this fresh stuff, all available through the BTF record label website.

RECORD STORE DAY / STORM CORROSION
April 21st was the Record Store Day 2012. Not that kind of a special day for me, since I buy records all the time! Sometimes I enjoy making fake covers for some band I like, and well… looks like this one fooled some people around. This is of course NOT true, just an imaginary release for a track by Storm Corrosion (the Wilson/Åkerfeldt collaboration almost nobody has still heard an entire song of) which has the same name as a coffe brand.
That’s me in the picture, holding someone else’s 7”, I later changed the cover image of with the one I made myself. Pretty cool, huh?

Following the vinyl replicas, here are the CD paperlseeves, including a 8-page booklet with 1968-69 exclusive advertisings from Italian old magazines. Soon available from btf.it.
DATURA - VISIONS FOR THE CELESTIAL
Datura were a stoner / sludge / psychedelic band from… New Zealand! “Visions for the Celestial” is their second and last album, released in 1999 and now reissued on LP by the German label Krauted Mind. I used the original album cover for the front, and made a completely different artwork based on the original pictures used on past releases.
